What is your shipping policy?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Anything ordered after 3pm Friday will be posted the following Monday.

Although we work every quickly at this end, please ensure you order with plenty of time if you are ordering for a special occasion. Typically, cards are received within 2-3 working days. Royal Mail do state that delivery can take up to 5 working days, but is usually much quicker.

Please ensure that the shipping address on the order is correct, as the address cannot be changed after we have posted it.

Do you post internationally?

No, we only post within the UK and Ireland

 

Can I change the shipping address?

If the order has not been dispatched we might be able to change the address so do contact us and we would be happy to help. Please ensure that the shipping address on the order is correct, as the address cannot be changed after we have posted it.

During busy periods we may not be able to change the address before it has been posted.

 

Can I personalise a card?

Please contact us with the card you like and how you would like it personalising and we will do what we can to assist!

 

Can you make cards to order?

What materials are used for the greeting cards?

We have sourced quality materials for you including Felt White 270gsm FSC certified card and Kraft Fleck brown envelopes.

 

Can I add a personalised message on the inside of the card?

Yes, you certainly can. Just choose the option to add a personalised message and then fill in the text box when prompted as you add the item to the basket.

Please, double and triple check your message as we will print it exactly as you have written it and this cannot be changed once the order has been placed. So please make sure it says exactly what you want it to.
